Power Star Pawan Kalyan starrer Gabbar Singh in the direction of Harish Shankar of Shock and Mirapakaya fame is progressing at a rapid pace. The latest update is music director of the film Devi Sri Prasad has completed recording for the three songs of the film that comes in the first half. Harish Shankar seems to be happy with DSP’s work and he informed that the first lines of these three songs in Gabbar Singh have been penned by DSP himself.
Gabbar Singh is the official remake of Salman Khan’s Dabangg but the makers made necessary changes to suit to the Telugu audiences taste. Touted as commercial mass entertainer, Gabbar Singh is being produced by Ganesh Babu under Parameswara Arts banner. Shruti Haasan is reprising the role of Sonakshi Sinha in the original.
The makers are planning to release Gabbar Singh in April, 2012. It would be a treat for all Power Star fans as two of the Pawan Kalyan’s films are releasing with in gap of 4months.
